Dates of the board meetings

The Executive Board meets regularly, but at least twice a year. At these meetings, decisions are made regarding funding applications, among other things. To ensure that your funding application can be processed quickly, please note the following:

1. Applications must be submitted in writing (by e-mail) to the association's secretariat(Verena Heine) up to 14 days before the deadline.
2. Subsequent grants are not possible, which is why a timely application is essential.
3. If a project applied for early cannot be realized, an approved grant will not be paid out and will be returned to the association.
